How many sessions will I need?

Payment can be made via e-transfer at the time of your session. Receipts are provided for all payments.

Do you accept insurance coverage?

Many insurance plans cover counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Please check with your provider to confirm your eligibility for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is needed. You can contact me directly to book a session or schedule a free consultation.
